When it is your turn, here is the format you must post your turn actions in. An example Turn Post is at the bottom of this post, where our Anonymous player does just about everything possible.
Your Treasury: Your current Treasury total is always kept up to date in the Campaign Map thread. Be sure to check it before posting your actions; if you don't have enough florins/resources to accomplish what you posted, I do what you can afford, starting from top to bottom, and ignore everything you can't do.
1. Construction.
If you are going to Upgrade Hexes, declare which Hex you want to upgrade (by naming the Army on that Hex) and to what level. For specifics on upgrading Hexes, see <<this thread>>.
[Example]
Construction
Army C upgrades its Hex to a Level 1 Refinery (750 florins).
Army A upgrades its Hex from a Village to a Town (1800 florins, 30 resources)
*Note: Armies upgrade Hexes BEFORE they move; they cannot upgrade the hex they move on to, later in your turn. They do not, have to stay on a hex after upgrading it.
2. Move Armies
Declare the movement of your Armies. Use Cardinal directions to tell how you want your Army moved. The direction choices you have are North-West, North-East, East, South-East, South-West, and West. For the specifics about Moving Armies, see <<this thread>>.
*Note on Illegal Moves: If you post an illegal move for an army, I will move you as far as you legally can on your intended path, and stop you where you cannot proceed. Think carefully about what you're doing before you post!
[Example]
Army A moves NE.
3. Declare Attacks
If one of your Armies is adjacent to an enemy Army, it may declare an Attack, as below. You may declare as many attacks as you want; however, if you are unable to play the games for the attacks you have declared in the time limit of your turn, then those Attacks are ignored.
[Example]
Attacks
Army A declares an Attack on Army C of the High Elves.
Army B declares an Attack on Army D of the
4. Results of Attacks
After you have played the battles for your Attacks, modify your post with the results of each attack, below.
[Example]
Army A attacks Army C of High Elves
Result: Victory for Army A.
<<Casualty Figures + Unit Merging/retraining>>
Ex.
2 Units of Spearmen suffered 75% casualties. I am going to disband one, and Retrain the other (XXX Florins).
1 Unit of Knights suffered 25% casualties. I am going to retrain it (XXX Florins)
1 Unit of Halberdiers suffered 50% casualties. I am going to disband it.
(See <<this thread>> for all the details on how to deal with units that have suffered casualties.)

Conquest Movement
With 50% of my force remaining, I am going to capture the two empty Hexes to NE and SE.
*Crucial Note: It is required you save the replay of your battles in case there is any dispute about the results of a game. It is also required both players take a screenshot of and post the Battle Report so unit casualties can be accounted for.
*Crucial Note x2: If, after a battle, you do not report either retraining or disbanding a unit that suffered casualties, it will be automatically disbanded. Double-check what units you had left to be certain!
